Cheap Taxi Airport

1. Flight details

Please check the flight details on the confirmation, they will be used as the starting point for the pick-up time. If these details are incorrect, please contact +31203086885 at least 24 hours before check-in or arrival time. Changes within 24 hours of departure mean that we cannot carry you within our conditions.

If you make an incorrect booking and do not resolve it before the taxi is on its way to you, the CTA will charge you for the booked ride. Please check your booking carefully. If you see an error in advance, please call +31203086885 immediately so that the CTA can adjust your booking.

2. Pick-up time Outward Journey

Please check the flight details on the confirmation, they will be used as the starting point for the pick-up time. If these details are incorrect, please contact +31203086885 at least 24 hours before check-in or arrival time. Changes within 24 hours of departure mean that we cannot carry you within our conditions.

If you make an incorrect booking and do not resolve it before the taxi is on its way to you, the CTA will charge you for the booked ride. Please check your booking carefully. If you see an error in advance, please call +31203086885 immediately so that the CTA can adjust your booking.

3. Baggage

The CTA will match the vehicle (station wagon/large vehicle) to the number of pieces of baggage specified by you. If your baggage does not match your specified number of pieces at departure, the CTA will not be responsible for the successful execution of your trip.

4. Delays on the way

The CTA can never be held liable for delays that result in you missing the flight. However, rest assured that we will do everything we can to prevent this from happening.

5. Return journey

If the flight is delayed, you do not have to report this. The CTA already takes this into account.

You must report to the STA desk at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol as soon as possible after landing. After reporting to the STA desk, however, you will be picked up as soon as possible within half an hour. When arriving at an airport other than Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, paragraphs a to c apply in combination with the meeting point agreed upon when booking.

If a customer does not report to the STA desk within half an hour after the flight has been handled at Schiphol, the CTA reserves the right to report the driver in vain and all rights to the booked journey will lapse. The cost of this ride will then be charged to the customer.

6. Child seats

The CTA does not provide child seats, so-called maxi cosis (for babies), as standard for transport. You must take care of this yourself.

The CTA can provide child seats and/or booster seats on request for the transport of children from approximately 9 months to 11 years of age. You are responsible for the correct transmission of the aid to be delivered.

The CTA is not liable for an incorrect statement to determine the correct remedy and for the loss of and/or damage to the property you have put into storage.

7. Change of flight number and/or date of your return journey

No later than 48 hours before the arrival of the transmitted flight or, if you arrive earlier, no later than 48 hours before that earlier arrival time, you must notify the change yourself. If this is not met, no guarantee is given that you will leave within the maximum waiting time after the reporting time referred to in Article 5b. However, we will do everything we can to transport you as quickly as possible. To report flight changes from abroad, please call +31203086885

8. Payment

You can pay in advance via the Internet with Ideal or credit card or in cash/by pin with the driver in the taxi. In case of a return trip, you must in all cases pay for the return journey (via Internet/in the taxi) on the outward journey. Every (one) journey from an airport to a (home) address elsewhere must be paid in advance via the Internet. Any amount received by us twice will be refunded by us as soon as possible. Bookings via the internet, with a ride from an airport, for which no payment has been received at least 24 hours before departure, will not be made. The customer is responsible for timely payment of the transport, of which the customer will be informed by means of a final confirmation.

9. Cancellation

Before 24 hours before the start of your first ride, you will receive a refund of the entire travel sum minus 10% administration costs. If cancelled within 24 hours, you will not receive a refund. Partial cancellations for booked return trips within 24 hours before the start of the first trip are not permitted.

10. Conditions of Carriage

Unless otherwise provided in these general terms and conditions, the General Terms and Conditions for Taxi Transport of Cheap Taxi Airport are applicable
